CryptoPandemic is a Web3 brand engine built on one conviction: the projects that spread are not the ones with the best technology. They are the ones with the strongest story, the sharpest identity, and content that moves at the speed of the culture.
CryptoPandemic brings together two seemingly opposite forces: cold on-chain analytics and warm creative storytelling. The on-chain data acts as the "KYC", revealing exactly who your holders are, which coins they move, and what makes them act. The creative work responds to that data through a crypto cartoon series and visual identity built around the people already in your corner.
The approach was first applied to $BULLISH on Solana — crypto cartoon series, AI-generated content pipelines, 360° brand execution, on-chain market research — all deployed in tandem. The result was a market cap move from ~$6–7M to a peak of ~$13M, 5K+ daily mentions across Crypto Twitter, and 250K+ impressions across content.

Holder Portfolio Profiling
Analysed on-chain wallet data to understand what else a project's holders own, building profiles of their wider crypto interests, cultural references, and community affiliations. These profiles inform branding and content decisions. The aim is not to copy adjacent projects, but to help the coin speak a language its holders already understand. Culture fit, not culture theft.
On-Chain Market Attribution
Tracked project performance with on-chain analytics tools to connect creative output with market movement. This made it possible to identify when the needle moved, why it moved, and which content contributed to the shift. It closes a feedback loop that many Web3 creative teams leave open by measuring how content affects the chart, not just the timeline.
Content Performance Analytics
Used platform analytics across X, TikTok, and Instagram to track impressions, engagement rate, share velocity, and audience growth, then fed those signals into the next content cycle. In a fast-moving environment where a post has a half-life of hours, understanding what performed and why is what separates a studio that compounds its reach from one that stays flat.
Sentiment-Anchored Story Strategy
Built content strategy around a character who lives inside the holder's world. It is not a mascot disconnected from reality, but a character whose storylines come directly from live X sentiment, news cycles, and on-chain talking points. If the community is discussing Fed rate hikes, that week's cryptoon reflects it. Culture relevance is engineered, not guessed.
AI-Generative Content Pipelines
Built production-ready generative pipelines for crypto-native visual content, combining speed with consistent creative direction. Each workflow is tailored to a coin's identity, including its ticker, mascot, and lore, so the output feels made for that project rather than like a generic AI pass.
Cryptoon Production & Motion Design
Coined and developed the cryptoon format: short animated films where the storyline is built from the world the holder already lives in. The character’s arc is mapped against live community sentiment, cultural references pulled from holder portfolio data, and the news cycle the audience is actually following. The result is a character who feels like part of the holder’s world.
Brand Tool Engineering
Designed the architecture for community-facing brand tools: AI-powered experiences that define a coin's visual style and let holders create on-brand content themselves. This compounds reach without compounding spend. Built with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, and AI API integrations.
Meme Coin Brand Architecture
Built complete brand systems for meme coin projects, covering visual identity, character lore, content tone, and community language from the ground up. In a market where hundreds of coins launch every week, a coherent brand is the only durable moat. The work for Bullish, from the first edit to the graphic asset library deployed across CT replies, shows what a complete Web3 brand system looks like in practice.
Bag Worker Asset Systems
Produced libraries of on-brand graphic assets, including stickers, reaction images, reply cards, and banner sets. These were built for bag workers to pick up and deploy across X, Telegram, and Discord. A coin without a proper asset system is cooked: holders want to shill but have nothing to post. Hundreds of Bullish assets were actively used across CT threads, driving awareness at scale with zero distribution budget.
Sentiment Manufacturing
The skill is not simply posting content. It is engineering content that shifts how a community feels about a coin at the moment it matters. During the period of active production, Bullish's market cap moved from roughly $6M to $13M. In meme coin markets, sentiment is price. Manufacturing the right sentiment at the right time is a lever with a measurable output on the chart.
Crypto-Native Community Building
Built and activated communities across X, Telegram, and Discord by finding the right early members, sharing content at the right cadence, and creating moments that make a group feel like a movement. One hundred passionate bag workers will outperform any overpaid KOL. The goal is always to build a community that markets itself.
Cross-Platform Content Editing
Took long-form source material, including full cryptoon episodes, brand sessions, and raw footage, and cut it into platform-native formats for X clips, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. Each edit is re-paced, re-hooked, and restructured for the platform's specific audience behaviour.
On-Chain Research System
- Mapped holder wallets and behavior to understand their affiliations, culture, and communities
- Profiled what holders own across the ecosystem to reveal our audience's shared narrative and visual language
- Profiled peer projects, including their branding, communities, and positioning, so we understand the ecosystem we operate in
- Compared content releases with chart movements to identify what creates real growth
Cryptoons: Analytics-defined Storytelling
- Created cryptoons - short animated films shaped by holder wallet profiling, X sentiment and news narratives
- Profiled on-chain wallet data to understand what holders own, which communities they move in, and which cultural references resonate with them
- Tracked X sentiment and news cycles to shape the world of our characters in a way that matches the world of the holders
Content Engineering & Production
- Built AI workflows for consistent characters, scenes, and visual style — each tailored to the coin’s identity so the output felt native, not generated
- Edited in After Effects with a focus on cinematic pacing with custom soundtrack, color-editing, transitions and voice-acting
Community Brand Tools
- Designed AI-powered, brand-governed generators that let holders create on-brand content within clear creative parameters. Reach compounds while spend does not
- Turned the holder base into a content engine. One hundred passionate bag workers can outperform any overpaid KOL
Market Cap and Social Uplift
- Documented an estimated $5M increase in $BULLISH market cap during the active production period
- Drove more than 250K cross-platform impressions and engagements during the campaign
- Recorded more than 5K daily mentions on X at the campaign's peak
Bag Worker Asset System
- Produced 50+ branded assets purpose-built for bag workers to deploy across X
- Provided a system of visual assets for easy access and sharing, turning coin holders into content deployers
- Assets were formatted for instant deploy, ready to drop into any X thread or reply
